Following the successful launch of our Trailblaze programme over the summer Curious Minds is delighted to be able to offer more arts and cultural organisations based in the North West the opportunity to be part of Trailblaze – an exciting scheme providing opportunities for young people to gain PAID work-experience within the sector.
Trailblaze is part of our offer to give young people the opportunity to gain valuable part-time paid experience in a role that is tailored to their needs and aspirations.
Throughout their placement young people will be encouraged and supported to network with other Trailblaze Trainees and work towards vocational and academic qualifications to enhance their CV.
Arts and cultural organisations will receive financial and practical support to become ‘Trailblaze Hosts’.
Curious Minds is inviting expressions of interest from arts and cultural organisations able to provide a meaningful and worthwhile experience for young people and an interesting and genuine role to for them to fulfil.
