Curious Minds is an established charity which works to make high quality creative and cultural learning opportunities available to all children and young people, wherever they live and whatever their circumstances.
We do this by connecting teachers, youth workers and community leaders with artists and creative professionals; giving them access to information, expertise, space and resources to facilitate collaboration and innovation in the field of creative and cultural education. As Arts Council England's Bridge Organisation for North West England, Curious Minds is leading the development of Local Cultural Education Partnerships across the region and their response to the Cultural Education Challenge.

Curious Stories

Some of the UK’s most inspirational people contributed their stories for this beautiful illustrated book; sharing personal tales about the things that inspired them as children and the impact creativity had on a their development.

Including contributions from Dame Judi Dench, Sir Terence Conran, David Shrigley, Heston Blumenthal, Jeremy Deller, Stephen Merchant, Benedict Cumberbatch, Miranda Hart, Maxine Peake, Frank Cottrell Boyce and Johnny Marr. And illustrations by Steven Appleby (Loomus, The Guardian), Oliver Jeffers (Lost and Found) and Nick Sharratt (The Story of Tracy Beaker).
