State of the Region – Schools and Education Report Launched

Since 2010 the educational landscape in the North West of England has changed almost beyond recognition. For cultural organisations attempting to navigate this new landscape, becoming familiar with its language and topography is an important part of the journey.

This State of the Region report aims to help arts organisations understand more about how and why the education landscape has changed so dramatically in the last few years.

It also presents our findings through interviews and surveys with over 60 schools about their priorities, their values and their habits as commissioners of arts and cultural organisations.
