May 2, 2014Ten Pieces is an exciting new initiative for primary schools, led by BBC Learning and the BBC Performing Groups, focusing on classical music and creativity. The aim of Ten Pieces is to introduce a generation of children to a range of classical music, and get them to use the music as a stimulus for their own creativity.
The Ten Pieces website will launch on 12th May.
The BBC is currently looking for ‘champions’ from a variety of art forms for their new national learning programme ‘Ten pieces’.
For those of you looking to build new relationships with schools or with Music Hubs this could be a great opportunity. Curious Minds, through our Bridge role, will be offering specific support to ‘champions’ based in the North West.
