Call Out for Curious Associates

Curious Minds is seeking to expand its pool of Associates. We particularly welcome applications from people in under-represented groups.

We are looking for a group of individuals with skills and knowledge in education, arts, culture or heritage, who are interested in working with us as Associates. Curious Minds' Associates work on several programmes as part of our extended workforce. These programmes include Artsmark, Leading the Arts in Your School, curiosity-led evaluation, and project management - this list is indicative, not exhaustive. This work is not about delivering practical art-form skills.

Membership of our Associates pool does not guarantee work but if we need extra support you will be our 'go to' people.

Induction will be via two half-day online sessions and a one-day in-person session. It will provide background on our programmes, values and approaches. We will pay £500 plus travel (public transport or a mileage rate/parking) to applicants who are invited to the induction sessions. Additional training may be provided if you are invited to work on specific programmes.

If you are accepted as an Associate you must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check, and to provide us with a current public liability insurance certificate. You must be willing and available to travel across the North of England.
