Join Curious Minds for a short, focused, one‑hour online briefing introducing Specialist Leaders in Cultural Education (SLiCE®) Fellowship – our pioneering, prestigious 18-month professional development programme that brings senior school leaders and cultural organisation leaders together to drive systemic change in cultural education.

This session will give you a clear overview of the new evolved model, where for the first time school and cultural leaders learn side‑by‑side, forging powerful partnerships and gaining the insight needed to become powerful co-creators, strategists, advocates, and commissioners for cultural education within their own setting, and beyond.

You’ll hear how the fellowship responds to today’s education landscape – from narrowing curricula to the widening “arts entitlement gap” – and how it aims to empower leaders who believe in the transformative power of arts and culture in schools.

Born from a belief in the transformative power of arts and culture in schools, SLiCE® offers Fellows a hands-on approach to leadership development, cross-sector collaboration and strategic skill development.
