We have brought together a space to support the mental wellness of freelancers. We know the freelancer workforce can feel isolated in their work, we want to bring them together for some much-needed peer-to-peer connection.

Facilitated by Ros Norford, a registered psychotherapist and counsellor; with a focus on how creativity supports wellbeing. She’s passionate about embedding this approach in cultural organisations to better support the mental health of creative practitioners. Since 2012, Rosalyne has worked with groups and individuals to support personal change and community wellbeing. Her background as a Creative Health Practitioner spans the health, education, and criminal justice sectors, with past partnerships including MIND, NHS Greater Manchester, and LGBT Foundation. Ros has supported people to explore challenges, identity, and emotional experience in meaningful and sensitive ways.
