Event Details

Artsmark schools from small and rural settings in the North West region are invited to attend a digital Artsmark Peer to Peer Network meeting, from the comfort of your own school.

This session will focus on how small and rural schools can partner with other schools to enrich their cultural journey.

During the conversations you will hear from guest speaker: Kate Turner, Teacher & Artsmark Lead at Balderstone St Leonard’s Primary School. Kate will share how she led their school to achieve Artsmark Gold during the pandemic. She will discuss some of the challenges their school faced as a small and rural setting, and will also provide some top tips to inspire the next steps with your cultural journey.

There will also be the opportunity for group discussion, peer support and Q&A.

Although the meeting will have a focus around the Artsmark Programme, the session is not exclusive to Artsmark schools, but is open to all small and rural schools from across the North West.
