10 Creative Youth Voice Champion Kickstart Jobs confirmed for Local Cultural and Education Partnerships across the North West

We are looking for creative individuals to take on the role of Creative Youth Voice Champion across certain local areas:

  • Bolton
  • Bury
  • Pendle
  • Salford and Trafford
  • Stockport
The Creative Youth Voice Champion role is about finding out what opportunities children and young people want to take part in across their local area in arts and culture. By arts and culture, we mean drama, dance, music, drawing, digital, and more. You will work with our Local Cultural Education Partnerships (LCEPs) to bring children and young people's voices into their conversations, working alongside others to run creative consultation workshops, events, surveys, etc to gather the opinions and views of others. You will then share what you've found out, helping to inform the decision makers' future plans.
To Apply
In order to apply you must be claiming Universal Credit and aged between 16-24. Speak to your work coach about these opportunities and use the reference: Champion.

Kickstart is a job creation scheme by The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) that provides funding to employers to create six-month job placements for 16 to 24 year olds currently receiving Universal Credit. Funding covers 100% of the costs of a six-month placement, up to 25 hours a week.
