We’re Looking for a Director of InclusionJune 28, 2021
We're recruiting an 18-25 year old Alternative Saturday Job for Hope Streets
This role's purpose is to create a collection of resources and a creative output to support the sharing of learning from the Hope Streets project, in particular the Festival of Hope
The successful candidate will work towards a number of outputs that support us as we approach the final year of the Hope Streets project; capturing the learning and activity from the project so far, and producing resources that help share this at conferences, training and events. In addition, we will expect them to approach this role using their creativity or creative practice. For example, as a writer, visual artist, film maker, photographer, a cross-discipline approach, or any other art form.
We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you are facing challenging circumstances at the moment
. It could be that you are a young carer, have additional learning needs, or are from an underrepresented group in the arts. We recognise that challenging circumstances can take many different forms, so these are just suggestions, not a complete list. In your application, please tell us how and why you feel that you would benefit from this opportunity. All applications will be treated confidentially.
If you are interested, but uncertain as to whether you are eligible or not, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
for an informal chat about the placement.
Please note that this post is funded by Curious Minds as part of the Hope Streets project, supported by National Lottery Heritage Fund. As a result of funding restrictions, the post can only be offered to young people aged 18–25 years old.
